I used penne but you can use any pasta you have on hand. While the pasta is cooking, Pour 1 tablespoon oil into a large pan. Add the onion and cook for 3-4 minute or until golden. If I freeze this, how can I reheat it when I’m ready? How should this dish be re-heated out of the freezer?

Do you put it in the oven or do you reheat on the stove? Is it 4 cups of cooked pasta ir 4 cups of non cooked pasta? This site is great, I did two nice dishes already on two different Sundays. I did use a fire roasted tomato pesto in my recipe. Didn’t have half and half so I used half can of condensed cream of cauliflower soup and cup of whole milk. You can try half and half or coconut cream. This is soo good and looks so appetising! Thxs so much for sharing all the recipes u have made!
